The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases related to insurance defense in the realm of habitability law. You will be a key member of our team, providing legal advice, conducting research, and representing clients in court.

Job Details

What You’ll Do:

1. 1. Represent clients in all aspects of permanent habitability law, including litigation and dispute resolution.
2. 2. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
3. 3. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to insurance defense.
4. 4. Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with clients and other team members.
5. 5. Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to permanent habitability law and insurance defense.
6. 6. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments as necessary.
7. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
8. 8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to case management.
9. 9. Contribute to the firm’s overall mission and goals through active participation in team meetings and initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. 1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

3. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense, with specific experience in permanent habitability law.
