Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to evaluate and resolve complex General Liability claims, including Restaurant/Retail and Premises cases, across US jurisdictions.

The role requires active Adjuster licenses and a minimum of 5 years of claims experience. A High School Diploma is required, and a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. This position offers fully remote work with collaboration across clients and internal teams to deliver effective resolutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability Restaurant claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients
