Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability and Auto BI/PD claims with moderate supervision. You will interact with clients and claimants, applying policy guidelines and industry standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of claims experience, active adjuster licenses in applicable states, and a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. The role offers a remote work option and career development within a global firm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.
• Bachelor's Degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability and Auto BI/PD claims with moderate supervision.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants
