Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our fully remote team serving jurisdictions across the U.S. You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability claims, applying your knowledge of auto, no fault, PIP, and UM/UIM to protect clients and claimants.

You’ll collaborate with clients to deliver practical solutions, communicate clearly with all parties, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and ethics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 8-10 years experience with Auto and GL, no fault, PIP, UM/UIM.
• Licensing in all states where claims are handled; multi-state preferred.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices; familiarity with claims software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability claims.
• Work with clients to deliver practical solutions and improve processes.
• Communicate effectively with claimants, clients, and involved parties.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and ethics.
