Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team and drive strategic decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling. This role supports executive leadership and cross-functional partners in a fully remote setup with in-office training as needed.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, expert Excel skills, and strong communication abilities to influence stakeholders. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting processes.
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to leaders.
• Develop financial models and scenarios for strategic initiatives.
