Qualifications

• PMP certification or progress toward PMP within 6 months preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Experience managing federal programs, contracts, or portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior accountable leader for federal records/ERM contracts and related workstreams.
• Apply PMP and portfolio management best practices to manage plans, schedules, staffing, and budgets.
• Manage contract/portfolio performance against SOWs, SLAs, CPARS-impacting outcomes, and risk logs.
• Lead client-facing engagements including needs assessments and roadmap development.
• Facilitate governance rhythms and prepare executive-level reporting.
