Job summary

Far West Federal Holding, LLC seeks a Senior Program Analyst to lead contractor-side analysis and quality control across program, portfolio, and real-property reporting for CBP under the PPMSS contract. You will coordinate analysts, standardize reporting templates, and advise government clients on portfolio trends and risks.

You will mentor analysts, support lifecycle-cost research, and ensure consistent application of PMO risk practices across acquisition timelines, SOWs, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional relevant experience may offset the education requirement.
• 8+ years of relevant program analysis experience.
• Experience leading federal facilities or real-property programs preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with TRIRIGA and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned Program Analysts, standardize templates and data definitions, and review recurring reports, briefings, and data-call responses before Government submission.
• Lead quality checks of portfolio data and project documents; identify reporting gaps and advise Government client and PM Lead on findings; mentor analysts.
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions, develop agendas, track actions to closure, prepare minutes, and communicate status and next steps to stakeholders.
• Support acquisition timelines, milestones, plans, and performance measures; help prepare SOWs, Statements of Objectives, and PWSs.
• Support market research, determinations and findings, and analyses of vendors; assist with IGCEs and lifecycle-cost research.
