Job summary

Ascension Press is seeking a Senior Digital Media Product Manager for a remote, full-time role. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of media offerings, from ideation through publication, ensuring theological accuracy and audience engagement.

You will collaborate with producers, editors, and talent to deliver mission-driven video content, optimize performance, and align with organizational campaigns. Travel to Exton, PA may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of video product management or related experience.
• Knowledge of video production processes.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, YouTube Analytics, and Klaviyo.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately three days per month for projects and occasional travel to Exton, PA.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end media lifecycle from ideation to publication with alignment to Ascension’s mission.
• Collaborate with producers, editors, content specialists, and talent to create high-quality media.
• Develop content roadmaps and publishing calendars for distribution channels.
• Coordinate shoots, timelines, logistics, and creative direction.
• Oversee post-production packaging, titles, thumbnails, and descriptions for performance.
• Analyze metrics (watch time, retention, engagement) to inform strategy and optimization.
• Work with marketing and distribution teams to maximize reach and impact.
