Job summary

Ascension Publishing Group is seeking a Producer for Parish Products to lead video projects from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with Associate General Manager of Parish Products, Product Managers, and creative teams to translate parish ministry needs into engaging video content.

You will manage production budgets, schedules, and on-location shoots, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery while aligning with Catholic teaching and Ascension’s mission.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in the Arts, Film Production, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years minimum of professional video production experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• Experience managing video projects from concept through delivery; portfolio required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; multi-project handling.
• Willingness to travel for on-location shoots and Exton, PA headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, content and video personnel to translate ministry needs into video concepts.
• Lead day-to-day execution of parish video projects from concept to delivery.
• Develop video project budgets within the Product Financial Analysis framework.
• Coordinate post-production workflows with editors, animators, and designers to meet deadlines.
