Job summary

Tithe.ly is seeking a Product Manager for Messaging & Media to own the vision, strategy, and execution across Messaging, Sites, and Media products, helping local churches communicate effectively and engage their communities.

You will partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into high-quality features, drive product success, and measure impact with KPIs to boost adoption for churches.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management in SaaS/software
Proven lifecycle ownership from discovery to delivery
Experience using data analytics & KPIs to drive decisions
Proficiency with Jira and Figma for product development
Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and Jira Epics

Responsibilities

Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Messaging, Sites, and Media products.
Translate bets into well-scoped Jira Epics with problem statements and success metrics.
Own the Messaging Product Value Stream throughout full lifecycle with cross-functional collaboration.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to close capability gaps.
Ensure Sales and CX teams can present Messaging, Sites, and Media capabilities.
Perform product demos to customers (beta, MVP, deep dives).
Set goals and track KPIs for Epics and Bets within Value Streams.
Communicate across Product, Engineering, Design, and exec stakeholders to align goals.
