Road Scholar Educational Travel is seeking an experienced Email Specialist to join the Digital (Email) Communications Team. This remote, non-exempt role pays $22.50/hour and focuses on clear, compassionate email responses, high-quality customer care, and supporting program enrollments.

You'll work with CRM tools, maintain brand voice, and collaborate across teams to improve the participant experience and drive loyalty. A Bachelor’s or related experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable work experience.
• 2–4 years in customer service, communications, or email support.
• Experience handling high‑volume, high‑quality emails with CRM systems.
• Proven ability to write with tone, empathy, and brand voice.
• Ability to type 50–70 wpm with high accuracy.
