Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience guiding senior-level initiatives.
• Hands-on general experience with questions that probe beyond surface answers.
• Experience with remote schedules and team norms at Capital Growth Partners.
• 6+ years of Persuasion reps, not just exposure.
• Integrity to flag mistakes first and own them.
• Comfort working in the unglamorous middle of a remote project.
• Familiarity with Springfield-based operations and OH logistics.

Responsibilities

• Keep senior expectations grounded in what the remote role can deliver.
• Balance independent work with effective remote team collaboration.
