• Field curveballs from Chattanooga clients without losing the thread
• Keep leadership honest with numbers they can act on

• Hold the line on quality when deadlines whisper shortcuts
• Identify gaps in procedures and recommend fixes
• Coach newer mid-level teammates through their first messy general project
• Make general tradeoffs visible for informed decisions
