Job summary

Innosoft is seeking a Contract Manager for the NC Medicaid PDM/CVO Contract. The role acts as the single point of contact for contractor performance, ensuring compliance across DDI, Certification, and O&M phases.

Remote-first with on-site Raleigh presence and a 5-year term with annual extensions. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of contract management experience, including SLAs and payment milestones, in or related to healthcare contracting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex contracts with SLAs, milestones, and payments.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI/PII safeguarding, and data handling policies.
• Strong written and oral communication for executive reporting and remediation plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for contractor performance and binding decisions.
• Ensure timely completion and adherence to contractual obligations and budgets.
• Maintain contract compliance baseline with traceability across requirements and SLAs.
• Administer SLA regime, including reporting, validation, and remediation plans.
• Oversee invoicing, milestone certification, and cost-to-actual reconciliations.
• Manage contract amendments, changes, and turnover planning.
• Prepare performance reports and respond to audits and requests.
