Job summary

Intuition Robotics is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of healthcare-related contracts, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, organizational strategy, and financial objectives. This remote role emphasizes payor, MCO, and Medicaid-focused contracting and cross-functional collaboration.

We require 5–8+ years in healthcare contracting, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and knowledge of CMS, HIPAA, and reimbursement methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in healthcare contract management.
• Experience negotiating payor, MCO, and Medicare Advantage agreements.
• Knowledge of CMS, HIPAA, Medicaid regulations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with payors, with MCOs, Medicare Advantage, and government programs.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, compliance, and business development teams to align contracts with strategy.
• Maintain a repository of executed contracts and track key terms, renewal dates, and deliverables.
• Monitor ongoing compliance with contract terms and assist in disputes or audits.
• Partner with product and commercial teams to support market access strategies.
