Job summary

Innosoft Corporation seeks a Training Lead for the NC Medicaid Integrated Modular Solution (MIMS) and MES – PDM/CVO Module. The role oversees end-to-end training for state staff, provider networks, and vendor personnel, using a train-the-trainer approach.

Remote-first with Raleigh, NC on-site availability is expected, and collaboration spans Change Management and QA teams. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in training, Medicaid familiarity, and proven capability in creating training plans,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Seven+ years in training and end-user enablement; five+ years leading training for large system implementations.
• Three+ years supporting Medicaid/regulated healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead training end-to-end for the NC Medicaid PDM/CVO solution across multiple user groups.
• Develop and maintain Training Plan, Schedule, materials, and evaluation reports.
• Coordinate training delivery including in-person, virtual, and dry-run reviews.
• Ensure accessibility and alignment with release calendars and stakeholder needs.
