Covetrus is seeking a Contract & Corporate Generalist to review, negotiate, and enable procurement contracts using AI-enabled tools and playbooks. This remote role emphasizes paralegal support across Legal divisions and collaboration with procurement teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, a Bachelor's degree, and comfort with AI-assisted workflows and multiple legal systems. Remote home-office environment with cross-functional interaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate paralegal work, in-house or in a major law firm.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts for products, SaaS and AI vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree required; junior lawyer considered.
• Familiarity with multiple legal systems and templates/playbooks.

Responsabilités

• Review and negotiate procurement contracts using playbooks and AI tools.
• Act as primary negotiator through contract execution and signing processes.
• Provide paralegal support across Legal divisions and overflow for other teams.
• Assist with compliance, governance, and records management tasks.
• Collaborate with Direct/Indirect Procurement and Legal Automation teams on system feedback.
