Qualifications

5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in-house or a major corporate setting.
Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts, including products, SaaS and AI vendors.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Willing to consider a junior lawyer.
Familiar with CLM, workflow and matter management platforms.

Responsibilities

Review and negotiate contracts for direct and indirect procurement using approved playbooks.
Perform risk analysis and escalate to attorneys when required.
Assist in signing process and manage Delegation of Authority compliance.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely contract execution.
Support corporate governance and records, policy renewals and compliance tasks.
Provide paralegal support across Legal divisions and overflow assistance.
