SUMMARY

The Contract & Corporate Generalist is a versatile corporate legal generalist role for an experienced professional who enjoys hands-on contract review and negotiation, procurement support, and a broad range of corporate legal and compliance work. This position serves as the first-line reviewer for direct and indirect procurement contracts, representing at least 50% of the role. The work requires a strong foundation in contracts and involves using AI-enabled review tools and established legal playbooks. Matters are escalated to assigned attorneys only when legal judgment is required. At least 40% of the role is dedicated to paralegal support across the Legal divisions and overflow assistance for other support team members. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, can readily shift among tasks and projects, and is committed to supporting colleagues. This is a generalist, not a subject-matter expert role. The remaining 10% is reserved for emerging tasks and projects where paralegal skills can add the most value.
