Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support at new robotic system sites to ensure safety and progress.
• Collaborate with global Clinical Applications Engineering and Endoluminal Sales to guide new users.
• Offer expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and staff during procedures.
• Identify concerns affecting adoption and work with partners to address them.
• Maintain open communication with global teams and development partners.
• Share best practices and product feedback with peers and engineering.
• Stay updated on IFU, practices, troubleshooting, and literature.
• Prioritize requests in high-stress environments.
