Fisher Phillips is seeking an experienced Class Action Attorney for a primarily remote role focused on sophisticated employment litigation, including wage-and-hour class actions. You will work with established partners, handle matters independently, supervise others, and develop case strategies through all phases of litigation.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in employment litigation, experience defending employers in class actions, and a J.D.
Fisher Phillips, one of the oldest and largest labor and employment law firms representing management, has an opportunity for experienced employment attorneys with more than seven years of experience, including significant class action experience, to join our team as Counsel or Special Counsel in our Virtual Office. Preferred qualifications include law firm experience and California or Washington bar admission.
This mostly remote role will focus on sophisticated employment litigation, with an emphasis on class and representative actions. Working closely with established class action partners, you will handle matters directly, supervise others, and develop case strategies while managing matters through all phases of litigation.
This role provides the opportunity to handle sophisticated class action and employment litigation, develop meaningful relationships with firm clients, and work as part of a highly successful, collaborative practice. The Virtual Office provides increased flexibility without sacrificing the substance or pace of a sophisticated litigation practice. The role also comes with no business development pressure, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional legal services.
You will benefit from the support of paralegals and a shared secretarial pool within our Virtual Office. There may be some travel, primarily local, involved with this role.

The annual salary range for this position is $145,000 – $217,500. Actual base compensation will be determined based on factors including the selected billable hours target, experience, skills, and qualifications.
