• Investigates and adjusts complex to high exposure claims and directs outside defense counsel and vendors.
• Supervises outside vendors to ensure compliant handling and cost containment.
• Alerts management to legal changes impacting the liability program.
• Assists in exposure identification and recommends solutions.
• Maintains ongoing interaction with field operations, legal, safety, and carriers.
