Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, and resolves complex commercial automobile and general liability claims.
• Reviews policy provisions, endorsements, and applicable vehicle schedules to determine coverage and assess liability, damages, and potential exposure.
• Communicates reserve and settlement recommendations to clients and maintains effective working relationships with claimants, legal representatives, counsel, and other involved parties.
• Serves in a float capacity, providing claims handling coverage during planned paid time off, unexpected absences, and extended leaves of absence.
