Placements24 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Child Development Consultant to join our expanding virtual support services. This fully remote role enables you to guide families and educators on child development strategies through video consults and online resources.

You will develop evidence-based materials, deliver online workshops, and provide expert guidance on behavioral and social-emotional development to diverse clients, while maintaining professional standards in a flexible

Qualifications

Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field.
5+ years of professional experience working directly with children and families in a consultative capacity.
Expertise across developmental stages from infancy through adolescence.
Experience delivering services remotely via video conferencing and digital platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for virtual environments.
Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with digital tools for consultation, resource creation, and client management.
Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous learning.
Dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet access.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations with parents, caregivers, and educators on child development milestones and challenges.
Develop and disseminate informative resources, guides, and toolkits on topics related to child psychology and pedagogy.
Design and deliver engaging online workshops and webinars for families and professionals.
Provide expert advice on behavioral issues, learning difficulties, and social-emotional development.
Collaborate with other remote specialists to create comprehensive support plans.
Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in child development.
Contribute content to the company's online knowledge base and blog.
Assess the developmental needs of children based on provided information and consultations.
Offer strategies and recommendations for fostering healthy development and positive learning environments.
Maintain professional standards and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
