Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Capital Modeling Lead for P&C insurance, remotely located across the United States. You will develop internal economic capital models, validate methodologies, and partner with ERM, Actuarial, Investments, and FP&A to drive strategic capital decisions.

The role emphasizes building reproducible models, challenging assumptions, and delivering actionable insights to management while operating in a remote-first culture with potential travel for key meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years in P&C insurance economic capital modeling or related quantitative modeling.
• Proven ability to design or build stochastic models.
• Strong programming in Python, R, or another quantitative language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve internal economic capital models using ReMetrica and other tools.
• Collaborate with ERM, Actuarial, Investments, and FP&A to inform business decisions.
• Provide independent challenge of model assumptions and participate in model validation.
