Maximus is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to translate industry and client needs into precise requirements for systems, user stories, test cases, and documentation, delivering high-quality work.

This fully remote role requires 10% travel and frequent collaboration with operations, development teams, and clients to design, analyze, and validate data-driven solutions using MS SQL Server. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of experience are expected, with opportunities for professional development,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of reports, internal/external documents, and surveys.
• Publish results for internal and external clients.
• Work with relational database management systems (MS SQL Server) and analytical processing systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and validate data collection methods in reporting projects.
• Evaluate data quality, applications and functions, produce output, maintain reporting operations and documentation.
• Research new data sources and analytical tools.
• Develop and maintain processes for managing requirements and business processes.
