Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of reports and surveys.
• Publish results for internal and external clients.
• Work with relational database systems (MS SQL Server) and analytical processing systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and validate data collection methods.
• Evaluate data quality, applications and functions; produce output and maintain reporting operations.
• Research new data sources and analytical tools.
• Contribute to new product development and delivery improvements.
• Develop and maintain processes for managing requirements and production support.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to senior management or clients.
