Job summary
Maximus is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to translate client needs into clear system requirements, user stories, and test cases. You will document, validate data, and publish analyses for internal and external users while guiding project teams to effective solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Experience translating business needs into system requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead design, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of reports and surveys
- Publish results for internal and external clients
- Ensure data accuracy and validate data collection methods
- Develop and maintain requirements, processes, and production support
- Create functional test cases and coordinate with QA
- Document best practices and measure outcomes for results
- Communicate status, risks, and issues to management
