Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the Broker Support shared mailbox and resolve broker inquiries.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing, eligibility, claims, and benefits.
• Answer calls and emails from brokers and agents and provide solutions.
• Verify enrollment and contracting information with brokers.
• Onboard and offboard agents and track training completion.
• Update production and agent data and prepare reports.
• Research and resolve client service issues related to enrollment and benefits.
• Collaborate with team to resolve service issues.
