Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 11 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 7+ years in enterprise, domain, solution, or application architecture, with 3+ years in consumer or retail banking.
• Proven ability to develop target-state architectures and transition plans.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms and legacy systems in regulated environments.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with executive and technical audiences.
