Responsibilities

• Define strategy for prompts, agentic workflows, and tooling across the organization.
• Lead design patterns, evaluation frameworks, and developer tooling for LLM-powered applications.
• Collaborate with teams to scale LLM techniques responsibly and securely.
• Evaluate retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and vector databases for production use.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction on LLM projects.
