Qualifications
- 7+ years in program management, analytics, or related disciplines.
- Experience managing technology or data-focused programs, esp. data analytics environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and sprint velocity tracking.
Responsibilities
- Lead management of AI-accelerated delivery for the Collections Feature Store.
- Plan resources, delivery schedules and business objectives.
- Track sprint velocity, identify bottlenecks and improve execution.
- Prepare stakeholder updates and executive reports on progress and risks.
- Escalate delivery challenges and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
- Oversee delivery governance, milestones and process adherence.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance for the program.
- Coordinate Agile/Scrum delivery with SDLC alignment.
- Support production release planning and change management.
- Use Jira and MS Project to track workstreams and dependencies.
