EXL is seeking a Program Manager to support AI-accelerated, governed delivery of the Collections Feature Store. This remote, US-based role requires 7+ years of PM or analytics experience and a strong background in resource planning and stakeholder communication.

Work Location: Remote, US. Salary range is $160K–$180K per year base plus annual bonus, with ongoing governance and milestone oversight responsibilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, Analytics or related disciplines.
