Job summary
The Walt Disney Company, ESPN Bristol, is seeking a Supervisor, Production Operations to oversee a team of technical operators handling live events in REMI mode. Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years practical Content Production or related experience at regional to large market or network level.
- Knowledge of broadcast production equipment and technology within assigned operating areas.
- Understanding of workflows in broadcast studios and control rooms, incl. audio consoles, video switchers, routers, servers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily business, operational and technical support of team and department.
- Plan, execute and support live event productions in a REMI production model.
- Provide expert operational support across ESPN and Disney.
- Lead and develop personnel; schedule crewing and evaluate performance.
