Qualifications

• Experience with ISCO/ISS and earthwork estimation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and proposals for remediation projects.
• Analyze bid documents, drawings, specs, and reports to determine scope and pricing.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and field teams to validate assumptions and identify risks.
• Develop and maintain cost databases, pricing models, and historical data to improve accuracy.
