The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Environmental Engineering degree and 5+ years of estimating experience in environmental remediation or construction, with strong analytical and communication skills and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years of estimating environmental remediation or construction projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and proposals for remediation projects (soil, groundwater, ISCO/ISS).
• Analyze bid documents, drawings, specifications, and reports to determine scope and pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accurate estimates and risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain cost databases, pricing models, and historical project data for future estimating.
• Support strategic business development with budgets, schedules, and technical input for proposals.
• Mentor junior estimators and ensure compliance with regulations.
