Job summary

Apollopros is seeking a Reliability and Systems Safety Engineer to perform reliability and safety analyses across a diverse product portfolio. The role requires collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure product reliability and compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in engineering with 4+ years of Reliability System Safety experience (or a Graduate degree with 2+ years, or 8+ years without a degree) and an active U.S. Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; no dual citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of Reliability System Safety experience; or Graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8+ years without a degree.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance must be active at start.
• Desired: MIL-STD-882E knowledge; FEMCAs and PFMEAs experience.

Responsibilities

• Reliability & Safety Analysis: develop models incl. FEMCAs, reliability predictions, hazard analyses, range safety assessments.
• Design Input & Collaboration: provide actionable recommendations and integrate reliability into design processes.
• Test Planning & Evaluation: design and evaluate reliability test plans and analyze test anomalies.
• Compliance & Standards: ensure adherence to reliability procedures and standard work.
• Risk & Fault Analysis: perform Probabilistic Risk Assessments and fault tree analyses.
