Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Reliability, Quality, Design, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2–5 years of direct experience in reliability or customer quality within industrial or heavy equipment environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact reliability improvement initiatives addressing field and warranty issues.
• Drive reliability growth strategies and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Mentor and coach engineers to strengthen reliability and quality capabilities.
