Job summary
A leading power generator manufacturer in Sheboygan is seeking a Staff Engineer – Reliability Quality / Customer Quality Engineer. This role involves improving product reliability, managing warranty performance, and leading problem-solving efforts. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in Reliability or Quality Engineering, a relevant engineering degree, and strong skills in structured problem-solving methodologies. Qualifications
- 7–10 years of applicable experience in Reliability, Quality, Design, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 2–5 years of direct reliability or customer quality experience in heavy equipment environments.
- Strong working knowledge of warranty and field failure analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead reliability improvement initiatives addressing field, warranty, and customer issues.
- Analyze warranty, field, and reliability test data to identify trends.
- Develop and execute reliability test plans aligned with field usage.
