Job summary

T1 Energy Inc. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to lead reliability and maintenance for a high‑volume, 24/7 Texas plant with 1,500+ assets and 100+ staff. You will drive uptime, asset performance, and safety across cross-functional teams.

You will shape maintenance strategy, optimize CMMS, and lead budget, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to sustain operational excellence in a fast-growing solar manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical/Automation Engineering or related field.
8+ years in maintenance/reliability in high-volume manufacturing.
3-5+ years in leadership roles managing 24/7 operations.
CMRP certification and Lean Six Sigma preferred.
OSHA 30 certification.
Experience leading large equipment portfolios (1,500+ assets).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive reliability strategy for 24/7 operations.
Own and optimize CMMS including asset hierarchy, preventive maintenance, and data integrity.
Establish and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Champion safety with OSHA standards and LOTO governance; lead audits and improvements.
Recruit, mentor, and develop supervisors, planners, engineers, and technicians.
Own KPIs such as OEE, downtime, MTBF/MTTR, PM compliance, and backlog.
Manage maintenance budget, spare parts, and capex while ensuring safety.
Establish spare parts strategy and optimize inventory levels.
Support installation and ramp-up of new production lines; ensure maintenance readiness.
Collaborate with EHS, Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
