Job summary

Styropek is seeking a Maintenance Leader for its Painesville, OH facility to guide the site maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operation of plant equipment. You will lead preventive/predictive maintenance programs, manage the budget, and drive continuous improvement using SAP PM and other reliability tools.

Responsibilities include planning, training, safety enforcement, and collaboration with Operations to optimize downtime and costs while maintaining compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance with 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Technical or associate degree required; engineering degree preferred.
• Proficient with CMMS software (prefer SAP) and planning/scheduling.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical and instrument maintenance in facilities.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site maintenance team to meet manufacturing and business objectives.
• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance and inspections for reliability.
• Develop/train maintenance staff across onsite/offsite locations.
• Ensure safe work practices and proper equipment handling and labeling.
• Monitor KPIs, PM compliance and budgets; optimize costs with SAP PM.
• Plan weekly maintenance, annual outage planning and capital support.
