Job summary

INEOS Pigments is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineer for the Ashtabula, OH site to lead and advance the mechanical integrity program and drive equipment reliability across the plant. The role requires strong engineering skills and experience with process equipment, safety compliance, and SAP knowledge.

You will coordinate maintenance activities, participate in risk analyses, manage projects, and work with outside contractors to ensure timely, compliant repairs and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong engineering skills with knowledge of process equipment (pumps, compressors, piping systems, pressure vessels, metallurgy, exchangers, instrumented systems, relief valves).
• SAP experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance on maintenance activities and drive plant reliability.
• Contribute to reduction of plant operating and maintenance costs.
• Manage replacement/renovation projects for plant equipment and facilities.
• Lead and participate in reliability reviews, RCA sessions, PHA, MOC.
• Develop and implement Mechanical Integrity and Preventive Maintenance programs.
