Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with emphasis in engineering/manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years aseptic experience (preferred).
• Advanced TPM/RCM knowledge and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the TPMS reliability program for aseptic platform.
• Lead as Senior Tetra Pak Reliability Specialist for the factory.
• Drive complex problem-solving using DMAIC, Go-See-Think-Do, and breakdown analysis.
