Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in reliability engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of reliability engineering or a closely related field.
• Hands-on expertise with accelerated life testing, HALT/HASS, environmental, electrical, thermal, and mechanical testing.
• Experience analyzing field failures and warranty data to identify failure mechanisms and corrective actions.
• Experience with ReliaSoft, Minitab, JMP, MATLAB, Python, or R for reliability and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reliability plans covering design, qualification, production, field deployment and end-of-life.
• Define and execute qualification, reliability demonstration, accelerated life testing, HALT/HASS and environmental testing.
• Create detailed reliability test plans with methods, sample sizes, stress levels, and pass/fail criteria.
• Analyze field, warranty, service and field-return data for trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead or support field-failure investigations, root-cause analysis and CAPA verification.
• Perform Weibull and life-data analyses and other statistical evaluations of product performance.
• Provide reliability input to product specs, validation plans, and manufacturing controls.
