Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reliability engineering or related field (required).
• 8+ years in reliability engineering or related area.
• Hands-on with accelerated life/testing and environmental testing.
• Experience analyzing field failures and warranty data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reliability plans for design, production, deployment, and end-of-life.
• Execute qualification, HALT/HASS, environmental, electrical, thermal and mechanical testing.
• Create detailed reliability test plans with methods, samples, stress levels, pass/fail criteria.
• Analyze lab, production, warranty, service, and field data for trends and failure modes.
• Lead or support field-failure investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Perform Weibull, life-data, trend analyses and other reliability calculations.
