Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reliability engineering or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of reliability engineering or closely related field.
• Hands-on experience with accelerated life and environmental testing.
• Experience with field-failure data to identify failure modes and corrective actions.
• Proficiency with reliability software such as ReliaSoft, Minitab, JMP, MATLAB, Python, or R.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product reliability plans across lifecycle.
• Define and execute qualification, reliability demonstration, HALT/HASS, and environmental tests.
• Create detailed reliability test plans with methods, sample sizes, stress levels, and pass/fail criteria.
• Analyze field, production, warranty, service, and field-return data to identify trends and failure modes.
• Lead or support field-failure investigations and corrective actions.
• Conduct Weibull, life-data, trend and reliability calculations to characterize performance.
• Provide reliability input to specs, validation plans, manufacturing controls, and service strategies.
