Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Reliability Engineer or related field.
• Experience with safety-critical systems in defense or aerospace.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-HDBK standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead FMEA and FTA efforts to improve design.
• Perform reliability analysis to predict failures and trends.
• Support production readiness through testing and validation.

Skills
