Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in engineering or technical field.
• 5+ years in engineering focused on equipment reliability, high power systems.
• Experience in renewable power with PV+BESS inverter tech.
• FMEA experience and root-cause analysis methods.
• Proficiency with reliability metrics (MTBF/MTTR/Weibull).
• Ability to read schematics and use data analytics tools.
• CMMS (SAP PM), SCADA, and condition monitoring experience.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. to support assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability strategies for PV+BESS assets.
• Set maintenance processes and hardware configuration standards.
• Gather reliability data from sites and CMMS for analysis.
• Lead root cause analysis and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with operations/engineering to repair projects.
• Design modifications and coordinate with subcontractors/vendors.
• Lead FMEA development for critical assets and mitigate failures.
• Improve maintenance practices with internal and external teams.
• Perform Job Safety Assessments and safety walks.
• Support outages with technical expertise.
