Job summary

Teasdale Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Reliability Engineer to optimize production reliability across multiple sites. You will analyze failure data, drive preventive maintenance, and implement predictive techniques to minimize downtime.

You will collaborate with maintenance, operations, QA, and engineering to identify root causes, perform FMEA/RCM analyses, and ensure safe, compliant equipment performance. This role requires hands-on problem solving and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance reliability engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis and thermal imaging.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment reliability data (MTBF, MTTR) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to troubleshoot issues and implement root cause solutions.
• Apply FMEA, RCM, and reliability testing to optimize maintenance planning.
• Monitor upgrades and assess impact on reliability and safety.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance procedures, analyses, and metrics.
• Provide guidance to maintenance teams during troubleshooting and repairs.
• Work with engineering, QA, and production on process improvements.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
