Job summary
Teasdale Latin Foods is seeking a Senior Project Engineer – Capital Projects & Reliability to strengthen equipment performance and lead capital investments across manufacturing sites. You will identify investment needs, build business cases, and drive projects from scope through startup, ensuring safe, high-quality production and strong financial returns.
You will manage 1+ million dollar projects, work 50% travel, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize uptime, reliability, and cost.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related engineering field with strong manufacturing experience.
- Progressive experience in maintenance/reliability and capital project management with budgets ≥ $1M.
- Ability to present capital requests to executives and lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize CapEx investments with ROI, risk, and TCO analysis.
- Lead projects from scope through commissioning and integration across sites.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement; provide executive updates.
